Role Overview
We're seeking a Private Equity Associate to support deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. This role offers broad exposure and direct work with senior leadership and portfolio company executives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and investment return assessments
• Support due diligence efforts across commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams
• Prepare internal investment memos, materials for the Investment Committee, and partner presentations
• Participate in deal structuring, negotiation support, and lender diligence
• Perform industry mapping and competitive landscape analysis
• Assist with sourcing initiatives, including outreach, screening inbound opportunities, and evaluating fit
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic projects, KPI tracking, budgeting, and performance improvement
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reporting packages
• Support operational value‑creation initiatives, special projects, and bolt‑on acquisition assessments
Qualifications Required:
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• High degree of professionalism, maturity, and attention to detail
